Motion had the funding and the vision to compete with top crypto trading platforms, but their MVP was leaving users guessing at every turn. Disjointed flows, confusing navigation, and poor design decisions were blocking users from the fast-paced trading actions they needed.
In the $1B meme coin market, user experience isn't just about satisfaction—it's about competitive survival. Without intuitive design, users abandon ship for platforms that don't make them think.
